The Carver 38 Santego is a good yacht that would be perfect for a live aboard situation or weekends cruising. It is one of the early sedan bridge designs that remain popular with many boaters. It is a great boat for entertaining and has a large cabin design with all of the amenities you would expect from a 38' motor yacht.
She has one of the most user-friendly bridge layouts imaginable. Guest seating surrounds the elevated helm console and makes for a guest friendly environment up top. A cutout forward reveals a set of molded steps leading to the foredeck giving easy access. Since there are no side decks, it gives the salon more room.
A large sliding door leads onto the aft deck from the salon. This area is very spacious and includes built-in bench seating. There is plenty of room to add a dining table and chairs as well.

The Carver 380 Santego has a very spacious open layout floorplan giving her the feel of a Condo on the water. Down three steps through the full height glass sliding salon doors, you will find the dinette to starboard with a large settee to port. The galley is located midship to port, and offers plenty of counter space and an abundant amount of storage. The head is located opposite the galley to starboard and features a separate enclosed stall shower. The master stateroom is located forward with queen sized Island berth.
The cockpit features integrated seating with the bridge offering more seating for a small crowd.
