I just want to thank you and your team for handling the recent sale of my Catalina 310. I met Josh Johnson on my pier some ten years ago and had occasionally asked him for suggestions and references over the years, so when it came time to sell I turned to him. I hadn’t intended to get out of sailing, but my wife’s health forced the issue. We hadn’t been to the boat in nearly two years, so there were a number of unresolved maintenance issues.
